Renovations, renovations and more renovations! It never seems to stop around here. One of our many ongoing projects is a complete remodel of our porch. We are currently grinding down the concrete floors to make them easier to sweep and mop. It’s a lot of work, but the end result will be worth it! A huge thanks to our volunteers who are helping with this project. If you’d like to lend a hand, please send us a message!! Your help is always appreciated.

All work and no play makes volunteer Michael Johnson a dull boy. Even in the midst of all our renovations and construction, interaction with our flock is still a top priority. Cuddles (Umbrella Cockatoo) loves to dance but Peachy (Goffin’s Cockatoo) demanded a dance off. Who do you think won?

UPDATE: Maxwell and Baby have been adopted and have found their forever home! We couldn't be happier for these two!! Meet Maxwell and Baby, two of our newest arrivals. These are two of the sweetest cockatiels we’ve ever see and they are looking for a loving, forever home. If you’re interested in adopting this pair, please message us! Please note we will not separate these two. They must be adopted together.

It was a beautiful weekend at the rescue! As always, we are grateful for all the wonderful volunteers that came out to lend a helping hand!! We even had the pleasure of a visit from Fiona, who enjoyed all the attention she was getting.
