Congratulations to our very own Ben Fierman being sworn in to the Georgia Court of Appeals!! Also celebrating the Court of Appeals being in Madison for Oral Arguments at our beautiful courthouse. How proud we are!

On April 27, 2018, we lost a friend and colleague, Fred Bright, who served our circuit as a prosecuting attorney for over 34 years. The Prosecuting Attorney’s Council of Georgia honored Fred with a lifetime achievement award. He will be missed by many.

CHEERS TO 50 YEARS! Please join us in celebrating Marty Fierman's 50th Anniversary as an attorney! Marty graduated from Emory Law School in May of 1967 and was admitted to the Georgia State Bar on October 13, 1967. Marty at that time was in the U.S. Army in basic training and received a 3-day pass to come home and be sworn in as an attorney of The Georgia Bar on October 13, 1967. Marty was in the U.S. Army from 1967 to June of 1969. He spent 12 months in Vietnam serving with a heavy artillery battalion. Marty has five children and now resides in Madison, Georgia, and runs The Fierman Law Firm with his wife, JoAngela Fierman, and his son, Ben Fierman. To celebrate his 50th Anniversary, please like and share this post!

A first for The Fierman Law Firm! Robert Fierman, who is Marty's younger brother, works out of Atlanta as an attorney. Last month they had the opportunity to apear in Court against one another in front of Judge Michael Gailey, State Court Of Putnam County. It was an entertaining experience for everyone involved.
