It's roasting day! We love getting to share these amazing coffees with you every week. Right now, we fire up the roaster on Mondays and Thursdays to meet the growing demand. Online orders typically ship the day they are roasted (or next day at the latest) which gives the perfect amount of time for the coffee to "rest" (releasing grassy-tasting residual CO2) while in transit. There is no better pair than coffee and chocolate, which is why we love our partnership with Xocolatl so much! You can find a select few single origin coffees at the Xocolatl bar in Krog Street Market, or stop by the Firelight Tasting Room to pick up some single origin Xocolatl chocolate!

Consistency is the name of the game! Each small batch roast follows a rigorous recipe where we closely watch how the coffees develop in the roaster using a ton of data. The end result is a fantastic coffee, batch after batch.

Early mornings are can become your favorite time of the day with the right blend on hand (even on Mondays). There used to be a stigma against blends, and they were inherently thought of as being lesser quality than their single origin counterparts. We've proven that this is patently false- by combining a careful selection of high grade single origins and never compromising on quality, we have been able to craft blended coffees that go head to head with our entire lineup. I know it's hard to believe... But we're pouring free coffee courtesy of Buckhead Village District every day! Just be one of the first 50 guests to come see us between 10am - 3pm (11am - 4pm on Sundays) at the Veranda in Buckhead Village and treat yourself to an espresso drink from our mobile cart. While at the cart, you can also pick up some whole bean coffee for home, or a new mug to gift to that friend whose birthday you forgot about (you're welcome). See you there!
