Attention FitMiss Members WE DO NOT NEED TO GET RELAXED ON THESE GUIDELINES THAT WERE PUT IN PLACE TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 IN OUR GYM! Please read over them again and be sure to do your part to implement them. We want to continue to be able to come in and get our exercise, so remain diligent ~If you or someone in your household are symptomatic, or you feel you may have been exposed at any time, please refrain from coming in the gym until you feel it’s safe.... ~If you or someone in your household are more vulnerable from health issues or are elderly, please stay home until you feel it’s safe. ~Use Hand sanitizer before entering the gym and wash hands immediately upon entering (at least 20 seconds) ~Try and limit coming the common peak hours (5-6:30) to avoid too many occupying the gym at once. If you arrive and see it is impossible to maintain a safe distance (at least 6ft), then please come back when the gym is less occupied. Keep in mind, it’s 24hr access. ~Avoid using cardio machines next to each other. ~No guest or children are allowed in the gym at this time. ~The communal refill water cooler will be shut down for now. Bring your own water, or I have individual bottles available for purchase. ~Wipe equipment with the sanitary wipes that are provided. I recommend before and after, but definitely after. ~Mask are recommended if you’re comfortable with them. ~Continually sanitize your hands throughout your workout (plenty provided for you) Lysol spray will also be available for use in the gym. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. I know these rules will be tough to comply with, but we must for the safety of everyone. This will hopefully soon pass and we can get back to normal. I have access to keep an eye on things 24/7, so I will be observing to be sure everyone is in compliance and staying safe. This has been exciting, because we all know how important exercise is to our overall health, yet a very difficult decision for me, with so much concern about the spread of Covid-19. UPDATE I just want to follow up with our members and client... I have not been given any official word that we can open the gym on May1st (I don’t think anyone has) but my hope and prayer is that we can (under strict and cautious guidelines) be able to start back with our one on one personal training and have the gym accessible to members for exercise and tanning. Please note that this date is subject to change. There is a lot of uncertainty and my main concern is always health and safety.. ONCE AGAIN, This date is subject to change

Good morning FitMiss family! I sure miss seeing you all more than you can imagine. praying you are staying safe and healthy. These are such uncertain times, so I obviously can’t predict our exact reopen date. I’m hopeful it’s sooner rather than later. Any and all of the time period that the gym is closed will be added to the end of your contract time. If any member has been laid off from work and can not afford your membership fee at this time, please contact me and I ...will arrange to freeze it until you’re able to go back to work. I would love for you all to continue to stay active, so if you’re having trouble with exercise ideas, I’ll be happy to share some home workouts with you. Love to all, Sandi

It is with great sadness that I announce that FitMiss will be closing the doors for 2 weeks as of today for our safety and everyone around us. As hard as this is for me (I love this place and my members) I trust our leaders and respect their decision. I pray this invisible assailant that has attacked our nation and others will soon be a thing of the past. Please stay safe and sanitized. MUST READ Up until recently I was on the search for a doctor (rarely go to a doctor) to help me pinpoint the cause of some symptoms I was experiencing that WAS NOT pleasant!
