Two things. Which gym fees being due, remember to add $2 for your gym fees if you’re using Venmo at fitfromthecore_ga. $3.50 for debit cards just to cover those taxes Schedule this week is the same but the big announcement is "The Murph". We conquer this Memorial Day challenge every year essentially remembering all those we lost in war. The gym will be closed down that day. We will meet at the Calhoun Rec at 0730 and at 0900. Its a free sweat sesh for everyone and we will have modifications ready for you. Tank tops will be available for sale. We'll have that to show you this week. We would absolutely love to see you all

Keep that body guessing Monday is lower body strength 0730, 0900, noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 Tuesday is cardio and core... 0730, 0900, noon, 4:30, 6:30 Pound makes it grand reappearance at 5:30 with Kimberly Cantrell and Kalee Holmes $3 for everyone Wednesday is Stations Day 13 slots total for each class. First come, first served. If you don’t sign up, you don’t have a spot. No zoom that day. We will post a workout that morning 0530, 0730, 0900, noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 Thursday is cardio and core 0730, 0900, noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 Friday is upper body day 0730, 0900, noon, 4:30, 5:30 Saturday is Bootcamp at 0730 Pound and Pour is at 9. IMPORTANT! We’re going virtual for the remainder of this week. We apologize for the last minute change, but this is out of an abundance of caution for our members! Covid has hit close to home and while we are thankful the gym was closed over the Holiday weekend, we need to do our part to stop the spread this week. We’ve had so many people contact us to let us know they are sick, it’s better if we finish off the week on zoom, than to remain open and try to figure out who has... been exposed and who hasn’t! We hate zoom workouts as much as you guys and would much rather see you in person! But we want to see you healthy more than anything. So please bare with us as we work through this week with you. This is our last resort, but it’s one we are thankful for at a time like this. IF THIS WILL BE YOUR FIRST TIME ZOOMING WITH US: You don’t need to be in a special group for this. We will post the zoom link directly on this fit from the core page and pin it to the top so that it will be easy to find! Happy new year everyone. 2021 is going to be another amazing year. I hope you all had a phenomenal time celebrating the end of 2020 A few things Gym fees are due. Make sure to get them in before Monday... Tomorrow is bootcamp at 7:30am with Erin and John Currence. You all ate and drank like crap so wake your butts up and get there We’re back in regular schedule starting Monday with legs, butt, and gut at 0730, 0900, noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30. Please be sure to let me know when I make the post about Monday’s class times, whether you’re coming or not
