I love looking at real estate to see who I can help put together a deal. In this case the seller has owned this house as an investment property for years and n...ow wants to sell. He listed it for awhile and didn’t get his asking price. If you’re thinking, He’s probably asking too much. I’d say I agree. In this case, The house has good bones, yet there’s a lot of work needed to bring it up to investment grade, and a lot more to make it a resealable property. I shared it with a long time friend of mine who builds and is an inspector of these freeway overpasses and his warning was to stay off of this fly over... It’s dangerous. I suggest the same to you.
