**SCAM ALERT** It has been brought to our attention that some people are being contacted by individuals identifying themselves as the Flowery Branch Police Department requesting money to be paid over the phone for outstanding warrants. Please understand if they request you to pay them that it is a SCAM. FBPD will only request payment over the phone or online through EZ Court Pay. This will be a 1-800 phone number and it will have you verify your information before taking paym...ent. The best way to make sure you are actually talking to the police department is to hang up and call back at 770-967-6336. We will be able to then advise you if we were the ones on the phone with you.
