Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dishmachines and sinks. Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.... Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions. Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries. Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift. Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves. Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.

1. Prompt and prepared for all shifts and kitchen meetings that are scheduled for Kitchen staff. 2. Maintain and facilitate daily professional communication with staff. 3. Responsible for Line Professional daily operational procedures of the line and implementing systems such as daily/weekly checklists.... 4. Be a positive, supporting member of the Biscuit team.

1. To report to and/or appropriately cover any shift that you have been scheduled to work. 2. Proper handling of all cash/financial exchanges and checkout organization prior to leaving a shift and checked out by a manager. 3. To possess a respectful attitude and effort at maintaining an environment with pride through sidework duties, individual initiative to maintain cleanliness of property, and instilling peer accountability in creating a consistent, clean, positive work and... dining environment. 4. Prompt, prepared attendance of weekly FOH/staff meetings that require Greeter attendance.
