We just wanted to give an update (Monday January 4th) that we are currently out of the Covid 19 vaccine. At this time we are not being told when we will receive more only that it would not be this week or next. We will continue to stay in close contact with DPH and update you guys here on facebook. -If you already received the first vaccine from Us this does not affect your second dose.

Covid 19 Vaccine Update Tuesday Jan 19th: We finally received another shipment of the vaccine but unfortunately it was much less than we had hoped and anticipated. Initially we had a waiting list but almost immediately we had to stop taking names due to the massive demand and quantity of names we received within just the first few hours. At this time we are going to briefly open a call list but will not be able to make any appointments from it yet and have no clue when we wi...ll be able to. To be added to the call list you have to be eligible for phase 1A+ which includes Health care workers, long term care residents and employees, critical infrastructure emoloyees, anyone over 65 years old and their primary caregiver. ***The only way to be added to this call list is to send an email to this email address: [email protected]. No names can be added to the list by calling the pharmacy. When you send an email include your name, phone number, address and date of birth and if you are already an established patient. Also, include which category you fall under to be eligible. Please be patient and know that we are doing everything we can to get this vaccine out to as many people as possible. See more

Unfortunately we are unable to bill your insurance at this time so there is a flat fee for this service. We are very aware of the rising demand for the COVID-19 vaccine among eligible individuals. Because of the storage and administration requirements of the COVID-...19 vaccine, strict procedures must be followed. In turn, this means scheduling appointments is A MUST. We will NOT administer vaccine to anyone who arrives at one of our mass vaccination sites or health department sites without an appointment, even if you are eligible. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your dose will be allotted for someone else. Due to the nature of the vaccine and mutli-dose packaging, scheduling must be highly coordinated and strictly adhered to. Please do not arrive at one of our sites without having a scheduled appointment. We are also aware that many of you have encountered issues when attempting to schedule an appointment utilizing our scheduling procedures. Please know that this upcoming week will not be the only week to receive vaccines for those who are now eligible under the expanded definition of Phase 1A beginning January 11. It is simply the beginning. Additional vaccine opportunities for vaccine administration may be available from additional providers in your area, and more opportunities will be added as vaccine supply allows. If you receive a busy signal when attempting to contact our call center, try again at a later time. As previously shared, we are experiencing a very high volume and are responding as quickly as we are able. We are continually working to resolve technical issues as they arise, and we are in the process of adding additional staff to respond to our volume of calls even more quickly. At this time, there is no alternative method to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment other than contacting our call center. We know this is inconvenient, but this is our scheduling mechanism. This was part of an anticipated surge as this is our initial offering of COVID-19 vaccine to... those in the expanded definition of Phase 1A as of January 11. Due to this increase in volume, we have encountered technical difficulties. We are working quickly and diligently to resolve those. If you have been unable to get through to an agent, we request that you attempt to call again. Our call center hours are 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM until 5 PM on Friday. If you receive an after-hours message during these hours, please disregard, and try to call us again. We know that being unable to get through quickly is frustrating.
