The City of Gainesville is working with its communication provider to identify and resolve issues impacting calls placed to and from various city departments. The city apologizes for this inconvenience and is attempting to reinstate services as quickly as possible.

Due to potentially damaging weather expected from Hurricane Zeta, the Frances Meadows Center will delay opening until 10am on Thursday. October 29. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we do our part to ensure the safety of our patrons and staff.

UPDATE (1:50 p.m. Dec. 10): Services have been restored. The City of Gainesville has received confirmation from its communication provider that they're working ...to resolve an area outage. This outage has resulted in issues with calls placed to the city. At this time, individuals are reporting Number disconnected and other abnormal notifications upon placing calls to various city departments and divisions. The city apologizes for this inconvenience and has been told the provider is attempting to reinstate services as quickly as possible.
