While many people hear chin surgery and immediately think of it as a remedy for a weak or undersized chin, the reality is that some patients are interested in reducing the prominence of their chin. I perform chin reduction surgery by making a small incision just under the chin. I am then able to carefully sculpt the chin to reduce its size and/or alter its shape.
