Thank you all for following us on Facebook. Here is a post from the former pastor; Tommy Land. Today Mark's a major milestone in our lives. With mingled tears and joy we mark the passing of 19 years of ministry among the people of Freedom Baptist church, Milan, Ga. It seems like just yesterday when a group of us stood together to have our picture taken as charter members of a new church. God has blessed us with some of the best, people who have loved Him and us. We say ...goodbye today to these dear ones not because of conflict or disagreement but because we acknowledge God's leadership in a different direction. We wish everyone at FBC Godspeed. Thanks for many precious memories. Don't let the fire die out! As one door closes we begin with excitement a new chapter in our lives. We are looking forward to beginning a new journey with the people of Bethel Baptist church Ocilla GA. We acknowledge the faithful labors of former Pastors and the years of love and service her members have given. We are confident this is God's will. Bethel has kept the flag flying for many years and it will be our delight to help them to continue to do so in the future. This is a church we are proud and happy to invite you to attend.
