Hello and Happy almost Halloween! Clinic will be held next Tuesday the 27th, and as such the sign up sheet for our waitlist is listed below. If you would like to attend please respond so that we may put you on the waitlist. Hi everyone! This is partially an announcement, partially a sign up for the next clinic. Now as we move to telemedicine, we are providing clinics on the last TUESDAY of the month. Thank you for all of your suggestions last clinic, we have incorperated some new changes in how our system is run in order to make you feed more secure and better cared for. The form will send your information confiden...tially, and then we will be able to add you to our session list for thursday. Sessions will still be first come first serve with a waitlist for the next clinic for those who cannot be seen this clinic. Please note that our clinic will be held virtually, as we wish to continue social distancing guidelines, for the health of you as well as our staff. You will be given an assigned time through your email, and we will call you at that time. Hey everyone. As many of you know, due to covid 19 we have had to provide our services online as of recently. Because of this, we have had to change a lot of the structure of our clinic. Last nights clinic had a lot of miscommunications on our part, and for that we wish to sincerely apologize. We will take this as a learning experience, and we hope that you are patient with us. Great News! The clinic will be reopening Thursday, June 25 through telemedicine. We are still finishing up the details, but instead of walk in sessions, we will be taking patients by appointment on a first come first serve basis.
