Happy Easter everyone! Membership paperwork has been emailed to everyone. Please let me know if you did not receive it. Opening date is scheduled tentatively for 5/17/14---based on the final confirmation of the inspection. Drop by and check out the GLORIOUS pool and the wonderful NEW PUMP SYSTEM! No "official" work day has been planned--but we will be around the pool most weekends--Grab a rag and a rake and some cleaner and come on down anytime! We'd love to have YOU help out!

Funny to be talking about pool season while we are playing IN THE SNOW! Yet, the 2013 officers have met and have begun opening plans. Save the dates!!! Annual Meeting - March 23 2pm at the pool Work Day- April 19 Opening Date- May 3... ***Watch for emails about fees, discounts, etc. And, if you get a chance, drive by the pool. The water is CLEAR (minus a few leaves). Our BRAND SPANKIN' NEW PUMP really DID make all the difference. Thanks to those of you who helped with the deposit to purchase it--and allow us to stay open well into October last fall. See more

GREAT response for discounted pre-payment of 2014 membership fees. Looks like we'll have workers at the pool THIS week to install a brand new Pool pump system! Still need a couple family checks to cover down payment---send those checks in!!!!! And, thanks.....it DOES take a village.

PLEASE attend the members' meeting on Sat 8/10 at 3pm at Oconee Presbyterian Church (pavilion behind the church). We will be discussing plans to purchase a new pump system...and welcome member thoughts and suggestions. See you there!

It's OFFICIAL! As of yesterday, we OFFICIALLY opened the pool! Be sure to stop by between 11am-4pm to pay membership and/or pick up your key from one of our guards. Some things to remember: Shark Swim Team practices from 9am-11am M-F during the month of June. (All Star practice is at our pool the first few weeks in July--will update then)They will have two home meets- one on Th 6/14 and one on T 6/19; pool closes at 4pm for the meet. Also, the annual Shark Invitational is on Sat 6/16--the pool will open approx 2pm. Lastly- we have OCPRD camper guests on T/Th/F from 11am-1pm. The pool is NOT closed to them--so we will be a bit busier during those times. Welcome to the summer!

Remember annual WORK DAY is this Saturday, 4/20... 8am-12 noon! WE need your help to get the pool up and ready in less than a month!!!! Then, all are welcome to a BBQ meal/fun at the the DSS and G fundraiser event located by La Parilla and Divine Salon--MY treat.....for those who come to work this Sat. (Find me--and I will buy lunch---as we are so incredibly grateful for the community support with this wonderful event for our family)....

This is it...the last days of the summer season 2012. We will CLOSE on September 29, 2012. Thanks for another great year!We appreciate the guards, Coach Madison Beckett and her Sharks swim team, American Pest Control, the board, and..of course all our wonderful members! Hope to see you again in 2013! Watch for an email in February.
