Yesterday afternoon and last night massive waves of high frequency energy hit the earth raising the schumann resonance of the earth. These waves are having a profound impact on people of the planet. Each person is an individual so some are experiencing a variety of syptoms. Symptoms can include: Headache Extreme exhaustion... Sleeping disturbances Vivid dreams Astral traveling Digestive upset Stomach pains Insomnia Ringing in the ears Humming or buzzing feeling in the head Overly emotional Drink plenty of water during this time and rest as your body needs it. Be gentle with yourself and others during this time. Old energies are being shed and sometimes that is uncomfortable. This will pass.

So if someone asked you who you are would you be able to tell them something that doesn't involve someone else? Maybe you answer "I'm the mother or daughter of (insert known family member)." Or "I am a (insert job title here)". What if someone asks you what you enjoy and you really can't answer that question. You really don't know what you enjoy doing because your daily life either revolves around the needs and obligations to family or you don't have any hobbies. Maybe y...our days are spent waking, showering, work, and taking care of family. Maybe your days are stressful and demanding. What if I told you there is more to life than living this type of life? What if I told you that it is time to explore who you are? What if I told you that boundaries are needed for your mental health? How do those things feel? Do you get anxious or start to reject the idea? Do you suddenly realize you really don't have a life you enjoy? Now is the time to embrace your own life. Your needs. Your personal desires and self exploration. Maybe it is time to give the kids to the grandparents for a few days so you can take a hot bubble bath and take some days to enjoy yourself. Maybe it is time to set boundaries with work so that you don't bring your work home. Maybe it's time to set boundaries with toxic family and friends that demand your time and your resources or bring drama and conflict into your life. I challenge you to explore who you really are at your core. If you don't know what you enjoy then try out some new things and see if you find something that brings peace and joy. Maybe you have a hobby you abandoned a few years ago to take care of someone else. Get back into it. Maybe you really need some self care.
