Over the past few days, I’ve been wrestling with some tough choices. The outbreak of COVID-19 is a setback, and one fact is clear at this point -- keeping a safe distance from others is the best way to keep our community safe. We’ve decided to close our studio and cancel classes effective immediately, Thursday, March 19. We will be closed until April 1st and will carefully monitor the situation in the meantime. ... LIVE STREAMING & ON DEMAND WORKOUTS: We are working on a variety of live streaming and on demand classes to keep you sweating and WERKIN' at home. Live and on demand virtual workouts will start on Saturday, March 21 at 8:30am! We will provide specific details and a full schedule by Friday, March 22nd. Because we know many of you have worked extremely hard in the March challenge so far, we are going to keep the challenge going virtually through the end of the month. To accommodate for the unique circumstances, each class you take online will be a "wildcard" which means it can count for any format you need. Be sure to tag us @fxs_bodyfactory and show off your home workouts! Importantly, use this time to take care of your mental health. Sleep, happiness, and relaxation are the keys to good health. Take a time-out from the news, breathe deeply, listen to your body, and keep sweating with us at home. Staying home doesn’t mean we need to enter into a cycle of despair.
