Congratulations to Harry and Karen Cooper who closed on their home on March 26 in southside Savannah. Their buying experience was stressful the week of closing as is usually the case but they were lucky in one respect. Harry and Karen were fortunate to be buying the home that they had been renting of over 4 years. In so doing that they avoided one of the other stresses of purchasing a home...moving. Congratulations to Denise Wisenbaker who closed on her new home in Hinesville GA on March 23rd. The pictures here are of a few rooms in the new home. Denise started her dream of home ownership over 2 years ago with many starts, stops and bumps in the road. However, we persevered. She got connected with a lender, Carol Schretter of Bank South, who was able to get her down payment assistance through the GA Dream and the FHLB (Federal Home Loan Bank) which were game changers for Denise.
