Since 1988, December 1st has been World AIDS Day, an international day dedicated to raising awareness of the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Many Americans think this issue has all but been solved, but sadly that is not yet the case. Approximately 1.2 million individuals in the U.S. are living with #HIV today. About 14% of them (1 in 7) don’t know it. These individuals need testing and treatment.
