Text Neck While it might not seem like much, looking down at our phones for hours and hours is a really big issue. That prolonged position puts stress on your cervical spine and... causes pain in the neck - literally. The American Chiropractic Association recommends that you rest your elbow on your abdomen and hold the phone straight out in front of your eyes.

Good day from the Gaudet Chiropractic Center. We hope you are all being patient and getting the messages from staying at home, keeping distance when you are out, and wearing a mask. Keep the hand sanitizers with you at all times and apply after you touch ANYTHING! The office is slowly returning. I am in with a staff member from 11-1 during the week. I will be adjusting patients, especially acute patients, every twenty (20) minutes. Unfortunately massage therapy we ask that ...you enter the office with a mask and gloves (if you have them). The next patient will wait until the patient inside leaves the office before you enter. A brief screening (have you been around anyone with the Covid-19?; have you had a fever and/or cough, chest burning episodes, etc.) Temperatures will be taken before any patient is adjusted. Call us at 478-477-9480 to schedule an appointment. Chiropractic adjustments are for much more than just your acute episodes of pain. We're trying to keet your health and well-being intact! WE"RE GOING TO BEAT THIS THING! See more

Hello to all from the GCC staff. Hopefully you're staying safe and staying home. The beautiful weather helps. We seem to be "stable" around Middle GA but it's really just hitting us now. It will take a little more time to move on through, and we surely don't want a relapse in the future. We haven't set a specific date for our return, but be please patient, MOVE EVERY DAY, and lower the risks of what can make you "unhealthy."... Dr. G and Staff

Our office is trying to figure out the virus like everyone else. This isn't a typical virus. It spreads fast. We'll all get through it, but it will take some time, from weeks to months - maybe longer. We are open today, Monday March 16, and it will be day-to-day for the rest of this week. The office will be closed the week of March 23-27, and possibly longer. Please watch our facebook page for future updates. ... In the meantime, "hunker down." Many will have the virus and either not know it or have average virus symptoms. The red flags are coughing with a fever, respiratory issues and shortness of breath. If you believe you may have contracted the virus, contact your family physician. We will also leave an updated message on our voicemail. Thanks, The GCC .
