Free Webinar Together in the Sandbox: Board and Staff Relationships Wed, September 16, 10:00 a.m. CT For a nonprofit organization to be successful, it is essential for the staff and board members to have good working relationships. Learn strategies for cultivating fruitful relationships in three different scenarios: a traditional nonprofit with staff, a public agency, and an all-volunteer board.... Presenters Anjali Zutshi and Angela Reed will share thoughts and real-life examples about the dynamics in each of these situations, along with specific governance recommendations that will help an organization accomplish its mission effectively. They will also talk about do’s and don’ts to keep in mind for both boards and staff members, and you'll leave with recommendations for practices and procedures that will ensure that the relationship between board and staff are productive and consistently in support of the organization’s mission.
