Almond Butter and bacon stuffed dates: it’s the perfect combination of sweet + savory, the best Whole30, Paleo and Gluten Free snack or appetizer! The dates are filled with our Original Almond Butter and topped with a little salty, crispy bacon from Naked Bacon, another Whole30 Approved brand. Their products have no added sugars, nitrates, etc. The only ingredients in their products are pork, water, spices, and sea salt. Each element in this recipe helps bring out the oth...er ingredients, and each bite will bring you the perfect flavor combination. Ingredients: 12 pitted dates 4 slices Original or No Sugar Added Naked Bacon 2 Tablespoons Georgia Grinders Original Almond Butter Instructions: 1. Cook the bacon to desired crispiness. Set the bacon on a paper towel lined plate until cool, then dice. 2. Fill each date with about 1/2-1 teaspoon of almond butter and close the dates as best you can. 3. Sprinkle each date with the bacon and serve immediately. That’s it! We took 'Christmas Crack' for a healthier spin in collaboration with our friends at Jooliesin honor of the 9th day of Holiday Cheer with Georgia Grinders, and you guys are in for a REAL treat with this one! Check out all the delicious details below and get cooking just in time for Friday. Ingredients: 35-40 Saltine crackers (can use gluten-free if needed; any crackers work) Festive sprinkles and candy... Bottom Layer 1 cup vegan butter (the whole pack of Miyoko's Creamery butter if using) 3/4 cup coconut sugar 3 tbsp Joolie's Original Date Syrup Middle Layer 1/3 cup Georgia Grinders Creamy Peanut Butter 1 tbsp Joolie's Original Date Syrup Top Layer 2 cups dairy free chocolate chips (we used Enjoy Life Foods) Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the Saltine crackers into lines. 3. Put all of the ingredients for the bottom layer into a saucepan and put on medium-low heat. Stir frequently until everything is melted. Allow everything to come to a boil, while still stirring frequently. Once everything begins boiling, let it boil for 3 minutes without touching. Remove from the pan after three minutes and spread evenly on top of the crackers. 5. Put the toffee covered crackers into the oven for five minutes. 6. Remove the toffee covered crackers from the oven and let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool. 7. While cooling, put the peanut butter and date syrup in a bowl in the oven for 30 seconds. 8. Remove toffee covered crackers from the fridge and spread the melted peanut butter and date syrup mixture on top of the toffee. 9. Pour the chocolate chips on top of the peanut butter layer and add back into the oven for around 1 minute. 10. Remove baking sheet from oven and spread chocolate evenly over the crackers. 11. Add your festive toppings, candies, etc. 12. Place baking sheet in the fridge to harden for around 2 hours. A cozy, decadent Healthier French Toast Bake is the PERFECT way to start your day around the holiday season. It is warm, filling, and includes all of the best festive flavors and ingredients. We made this recipe in collaboration with our friends at AWG Bakery to share with you just in time for all of your holiday baking. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. Cut the AWG Cinnaspice bread into one inch pieces and set aside. 3. Mix together the GG Pecan Butter, eggs, plant milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, coconut sugar and salt until combined. Make sure the eggs are whisked and that everything is mixed well. 4. Combine the bread and the French toast liquid mixture in a large bowl and let it marinade for around 30 minutes in the fridge. 5. Grease a 8x8 pan or add parchment paper. Add in the marinated bread and make sure all pieces are covered thoroughly in the liquid. 6. Bake for around 40-45 minutes.
