Shelter in place order ends tonight at midnight

Governor Kemp issued a more detailed order tonight that sets out specific rules for various businesses that plan to reopen. It’s a thorough, 26 page order, and it’s a lot to digest. The Governor is still prohibiting local variation by the city or county, but he is granting enforcement authority to local law enforcement to enforce his rules and regulations. This will generate lots of questions, and we will work on getting answers out to the community. At this time, I am simply providing the link to allow everyone to read the order for themselves. Governor Kemp announces a lifting of restrictions to begin Friday. Gyms and salons will be allowed to open on Friday. Restaurants will be allowed to open on Monday. Guidelines will be released by the Governors office soon. The shelter in place will remain in effect until May 1
