Early TTY activist, Paul Taylor of Missouri, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2021. Some of Taylor’s life accomplishments include forming the first local telecommunications advocacy group in St. Louis, helping to create one of the initial relay services in the countryRelay Missouri, and helping to develop the first TTY.
