The Georgia Tech Alumni Association is deeply saddened to learn of the death of Billiee Pendleton-Parker, a champion of Georgia Tech and an honorary alumna. Throughout three decades of service to Tech, Pendleton-Parker’s door and heart were always open to her Techies. Her compassion for Yellow Jackets made her a beloved figure to the many students who sought her guidance when she served as the assistant director of the President’s Scholarship Program. In recognition of her support for the Institute and its people, the Alumni Association announced last fall that Pendleton-Parker would be celebrated as an honorary alumna during the 2021 Gold & White Honors.
