If I hadn’t have listened to @motivation6187 @jennifersnook @_lacie_bear_ @dincardone about taking progress pictures I wouldn’t believe this. I started my personal training with Keith in September. These pictures... are taken the same time each month. This is adding strength training and HIIT to my workouts. This is being accountable to yourself and to those that push you!! Y’all when I tell you the scale has maybe moved 3 lbs, I’m not lying. But the difference in inches is unreal. And I wouldn’t notice it had I not taken these. I’m excited now to see the actual measurements tomorrow. Thanks to my girls that keep pushing me, holding my hand and promising to hold my hair if I puke. Thank you to Keith, for all the torture your way of encouraging us is unlike most. Thank you for your no judgement mentality, and for giving us a chance to dig down and find that extra push. Thank you most of all for your friendship, for understanding that while we are your clients we all come with our own set of problems. And your willingness to let us have breakdowns and pick back up has helped more than you’ll know. I’m excited to see what next month brings. A big thank you to everyone that dropped off toys this week for us to take them to the community cares toy shop. If you missed out and would still like to contribute you can go to the toys r us space at south pointe this Saturday from 9am-1pm. They will be hosting a drive thru toy drop off and are in need of toys/items for ages 8y-12y.

Just 4 quick days into 2021! Let’s make this year about FEELING our best! Exercise is known to give us a more positive mindset and that will give us the first start into feeling our best!
