Just had a great, virtual, strength class with Kendra of Studio Bungee. Thanks Christal McNair for creating this post CEW luncheon opportunity. I can't wait for the next session and I hope to see more of my CEW ladies there!

Join us Monday, May 11 Charting a New Course Amid COVID-19: Assessing People, Process and Product Click here to learn more and register. https://www.cobbcollaborative.org//charting-a-new-course-a... For-profit entrepreneurs are often told, people, process and product are central to business success. This holds true for nonprofit organizations as well, where product is more often replaced with service. Amid COVID-19, all organizations (for-profit and nonprofit alike) must reassess their operations in terms of people, process, and product to determine where they go from here. Many questions abound with very few certainties known. Until a vaccine is discovered, the future will look and function dramatically different from the past. As nonprofit organizations chart a new course in response to the unprecedented global impact of the coronavirus, nonprofit leaders must evaluate the condition of their organization in terms of the available people to perform the work, the processes that must change to continue delivering services, and the services they can realistically continue (or start) to offer.
