Delta is hiring new companies to handle its in-flight catering. Delta is overhauling its in-flight catering, and a metro Atlanta company will play a major role in feeding the airline's international customers. Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL) hired Mainline Aviation LLC . to manage its international flight kitchen at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The company will take over catering for Delta's international flights departing from Atlanta in early February.... "Months ago, we began a journey to transform our catering operations, and even in these challenging times, we remain committed to that journey," Morgan Durrant of Delta Airlines said.
