I was really honored today as I was welcomed as an international delegate to the Joshua Generation Youth Conference by the Head of the Anglican Church. I am att...ending as the guest of the newly appointed Director of missions who is a good friend of mine. We are hoping to raise up 1000 new missionaries from this meeting. The conference is being attended by 20,000 youth and goes for five days, with discipleship and mission as the theme. See more

Hey Everyone! I wanted to remind of some things we shared Sunday during the service. Remember who you are - you are a son and daughter of God!We act differently then the world. Pray for our nation, our cities and our leaders that we may have peace. Vote according to your conscience. Love and respect each other even if we voted for different candidates. Make a decision that we as members and attenders of Good News Church choose to be in one accord. We will continue to walk in peace and joy no matter who is elected. We are people who sow peace and love wherever we go. We are ministers of reconciliation. I want you to know what a privilige and honor it is to pastor the amazing people of Good News Church. Here is some good advice for all of us going into the election on Tuesday - 1 Timothy 2:1-3 (Passion) 1 Most of all, I’m writing to encourage you to pray with gratitude to God. Pray for all people with all forms of prayers and requests as you intercede with intense passion. 2 And pray for every political leader and representative, so that we would be able to live tranquil, undisturbed lives, free from persecution as we worship the awe-inspiring God with pure hearts. 3 It is pleasing to our Savior God to pray for them.

Dealing with the shakes? We all feel the shaking the world is experiencing as we head towards the end of the age. How should we respond? What can we do to keep our footing and stay steady through whatever comes our way? We can devote ourselves to PRAYER! Ephesians 6:18 (NLT)... Hey, hey, hey! This is the Sunday (May 31st) that we are gathering at the building for service at 10:30 am. If you are comfortable attending, please review the following! Here’s what we are asking of you: - Follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. If you don’t have peace about gathering in person, join us online! - If you feel ill, have had fever or cough recently, or have possibly been exposed to someone with the virus, please stay home.... - Please practice social distancing. Respect others’ space. - Be aware that others may not be as comfortable with close interaction as you are. - Sit only in the rows that are open for seating. Every other row is taped off for social distancing. - Leave at least 3 seats between you/your family and others when seated. - Please follow the instructions given during the service. Some changes you’ll see: - There will be no food/coffee in the Atrium, and no nursery or Children’s Ministry. - The service will be shorter than usual, with no greeting time. - No bulletins will be handed out, and we won’t pass offering baskets. - We’ll dismiss the service by rows to avoid having a crowd of people in the lobbies.
