Good afternoon to Greater Moses Chapel Families and all of our FaceBook Friends! What an Awesome God we serve! In spite of all that we do And all that we do not do, He continues to Love us Anyhow! This is jus a reminder! We are already Out of April and have now come Into the month of May. With tomorrow being the first Sunday, don’t forget about Holy Communion. Pastor will serve us our Holy Communion Supper immediately following the 12:00 Noon message on tomorrow. As always, have your elements in place so that you will be ready to go directly into the Communion Service. Please remain prayerful for those around you! Be Blessed as you enjoy this Beautiful day. Greater Moses Chapel Baptist Church 09.06.2021

Good evening to all of our Greater Moses Chapel Families and FaceBook Friends. It is with a heavy heart that we come to you once again. Another one of our beautiful mothers, Mother Betty Joe Bunkley has made her transition from this life. She went home to be with the Lord, late Tuesday evening, April 27, 2021. Many of you referred to her fondly, as Deborah Johnson’s Mom! She will be truly missed! We ask that you keep this family lifted in prayer as they go through this tim...e of bereavement. Her Celebration of Life ceremony is set for Friday, May 7, 2021 at 11:00 AM. It will take place at Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home, 1003 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd., S. W., Atlanta, Georgia. A Viewing, open to the public, is scheduled for Thursday, May 6, from 5:00-7:00 PM at that same location. The Celebration of Life Ceremony will climax at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, 2284 Candler Rd. , Decatur, Ga. Good afternoon Greater Moses Chapel Families and friends! This is another beautiful day that the Lord has allowed us to witness. Let us be thankful and count our many blessings! We come, requesting your prayers and well wishes for the family of one of our own. The mother of Barbara King departed this life, during the morning of Tuesday, April 6, 2021. The Celebration of Life for Mrs. Fannie King will be held Monday, April 12 at 2:00pm. This Graveside service will take place a...t Kennedy Memorial Gardens, 2500 River Rd., Ellenwood, Ga. 30294. The Viewing will be held on Sunday evening, April 11 from 4 until 6 PM. This Viewing will take place at Donald Trimble Mortuary, 1876 Second Ave., Decatur, Ga. 30032. If you plan to attend the Graveside service, feel free to bring a lawn chair. Due to continued safety and health concerns, we ask that you wear a mask and observe social distancing. Good evening Greater Moses Chapel Families and all of our Facebook Friends. It’s a pleasure to come to you again on such a beautiful and sunny evening. I cannot express the emotions that I have been experiencing as we have been reflecting on this Resurrection Week. Emotions that range from sadness to thankfulness. As we reflect on what took place such a long time ago, I can’t help but praise and thank God. This brings us back to Resurrection Sunday, which is also our Hol...y Communion Sunday. I would like to remind all of you to come , ready on tomorrow, April 4 to take Holy Communion with us. As always, we will take communion immediately following the 12:00 morning message.
