With a $100 refundable deposit and completed application, you will be notified when the floor plan you choose is available in your time frame. You will have first right of refusal before we offer an apartment to anyone else. If you lease with us, we will apply the $100 toward your security deposit. If not, you may stay on the list for another apartment. Best of all, you can choose two sister Greystone Properties as additional choices!
