GRU Literacy Center

We have extended our starting date from August 31st to the week of Labor Day. Good things are in store! Our enrollment has boosted due to the overwhelming feedback from our online reading program. Because of this, we are partnering up with Paine College and the Richmond County Public Library. Please look at the following sites to see where services will be offered for fall 2015: a) Georgia Regents University Literacy Center: National Reading Program b) Paine College: Math tutoring grades 6-12 c) Richmond County Public Library: Math and homework help grades K-5

We are putting the finishing touches to our new interior remodel. Looking forward to seeing students and tutors back for the fall semester.

Reminder, the last day of tutoring for the summer semester is this Thursday, July 16

We have just partnered up with PORKCHOP PRODUCTIONS and will be offering our first Back to School play in September. If you would like one of our staff to come and distribute promo material and supplemental educational information to your childcare center/ school, please contact us.

REMINDER: Registration is being held through Thursday. 12-8p.m. You MUST COME IN to register!

The GRU Literacy Center will host registration for the fall semester the week of July 6. Registration will be held from noon until 8 p.m. You must come in to register.

KIDDOS AND PARENTS! We are working on establishing a new partnership with Porkchop Productions. We will be relying upon them to deliver exceptional literacy productions for the 2015-16 academic school year.
