In the midst of the lock down, we’re still open. Come on by and get your gear tuned up.

Finished up a bone nut with set-up today of a mighty fine Les Paul. I really did not want to give it back. It plays, feels, and sounds sooooo good.

Two things I hate about this picture. The string is wrapped in a quasi-knot with the pig tail under a loop. And the pig tail is cut above the tuner post. I see this all the time, so I’m posting this to educate yinz guys. This is not only a pain to remove the strings, but a safety hazard too. Stay tuned (no pun intended) for an upcoming string installation tutorial.

These mutes work great and they’re fun to use!

The Raspberry Rocker. Looking through a photo album here and came across this project from a few years ago. A Kramer in terrible condition (originally black)that I bought to practice stripping and refinishing. Had a little fun with the color and topped it off with a sporty carbon fiber pick-guard that I custom made. Somewhere out there this little beast may still be creating mayhem.
