Happy Birthday To US!!! On April 11, 1980, Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful was born to aid in the creation of a community where individuals, families, organizations, small businesses, large corporations, institutions and municipalities take greater responsibility to improve our water, land, air and lives. Learn how YOU can be a part of our mission of "Connecting People & Resources for a Sustainable Gwinnett" at www.GwinnettCB.org. #Volunteer #Donate #Reduce #Reuse #Recycle #AdoptARoad #AdoptAStream #Compost #Environment #KeepAmericaBeautiful #DoBeautifulThings

We turn 41 on Sunday! In true GC&B fashion, we celebrated this occasion by partnering with the Norcross community to conduct a much needed clean up. Together, we collected 51 bags of litter, 14 tires, auto parts, a sump pump, mattress, grill, vehicle seat, stroller, bedframe and other scrap metal. We have so many people to thank: Our Chairman-Elect, Chuck Button and our wonderful GC Family at DOT and DOC. We had the pleasure of meeting local resident, Ms. Jane in response to her seeking help to restore this wetland to its beautiful and natural state. She was eager to pitch in, sharing her tools, and plans to become our newest Adopt-A-Road partner. THIS is what it's all about - Connecting People & Resources for a Sustainable Gwinnett!

Happy #NationalDandelionDay! Did you know dandelions are actually good for your lawn? Their wide-spreading roots loosen hard-packed soil, aerate the earth and help reduce erosion. They also present many health benefits. Learn more: https://bit.ly/2Rc4RTf
