Over the past year I had the pleasure of working for Stephanie Urwicz Braslavsky on 3 different projects. The first project was the kids’ bathroom. As excited as people get about the concept of new construction, it can come with many stresses and downfalls. I am a huge advocate for purchasing resale and ren...ovating to make it your own. From getting a bigger yard and more established neighborhoods, to living in a prime location for lower price, the advantages are endless. Here is a fabulous example of some before and after photos from a sale of mine earlier this summer, with a beautiful renovation that took only 6 weeks to complete! Congratulations to Moshe and Shani on a fabulous new house that they created to fit their needs and tastes perfectly.
