The Yik Kam which is the oldest and follows science is oldest of Chi Sao method. So is different from Yip Man's. Most should study this I feel these days. Anyway. Chi Sao is a piece. Ok, now , we need to address scientific teaching, with a training methodology. Are these separate? Were they ever? NO! This is a huge problem however. Scientific training methodology.
