The house was already in the process of remodeling and t...he new owner was concerned how the view of the marsh would be affected. Some changes were made based on the initial views and these are the results of those changes. The contractor estimates that the project will be completed by the end of April so I'm looking forward to see final results. See more

When it comes to water infiltration at your home, not enough can be said about early detection. The leaking through the tile on both decks at this beach house had early signs that went unheeded and turned in to major structural damage. The extent that the structural beams were damaged, combined with the fact they were undersized to begin with, meant that possible catastrophic failure was not far off.
