Additional News Release: In addition to the previous news release the Hart County Sheriffs Office has arrested Kayla Renea Hill of Royston Ga. and charged her with reckless conduct in connection to the abuse allegations. As previously stated, Denny John Donald of Canon Ga. has been charged with Cruelty to Children in this case. Donald is currently serving a prison sentence for drug charges. This case is stemming from an investigation through the Pinellas Park Police Department in Florida that was forwarded to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office. The case is ongoing, and the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services is also involved.

News Release: The Hart County Sheriff’s Office has charged Denny John Donald of Canon Ga with Felony Cruelty to Children in the first degree for his involvement in a child abuse case that happened in October 2018. This incident was reported to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office in February 2020 by a Police Department in Florida who is investigating allegations. Denny John Donald has been incarcerated since November 2018 on previous drug charges. Other allegations in the case are currently being investigated by the Hart County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. The investigation is ongoing and The Georgia Department of Family and Children Services are involved.
