Head to Toe Hair Salon

As much as we understand everybody wanting to get their hair done please understand we are not excepting ANY NEW CLIENTS at this time or for the foreseeable future. We are only able to work about a fourth of what we normally would, because of state guidelines for social distancing and sanitation/disinfection. There is no double booking allowed(i.e. coloring or cutting someone else’s hair while another client processes for 30-45). We can only have one client in our chair at a ...time. Period. We are only working two-three days a week out of fairness to one another in the salon, so everybody has an opportunity to work. Our salon is small we don’t have 5,000 square feet to spread everyone out. We are four-five weeks behind on our existing clients who already had pre-existing appointments that need to be rescheduled first, because that’s the only fair way to do it. We are not allowing anyone in the salon who is not scheduled to be there. Believe us when we say we wish everything was back to normal but it’s not and we don’t know when it will be. We wish we could make everybody beautiful and fix everybody’s quarantine conundrums, but we can only do what we can do. And if we don’t follow the guidelines set forth by the state losing our personal license, let alone business license, could be the least of our worries, somebody could lose a loved one. We are so excited to be given the green light to open back up soon. We have missed our wonderful clients so much! Please bare with us as this will be a learning curve we are all going to be taking part in. We have four full time stylists in our salon. In order to maintain the mandates set forth by the state we are going to limit two stylists a day actively working in the salon.... Also we will have only one client at a time and no more than one client waiting. We ask if at all possible you wait in your car and we will come out to get you when we are ready. Please do not bring children or friends with you to your appointment.. We need to LIMIT the number of people in the salon at one time. ***If you feel sick or unwell AT ALL PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT*** If you think there is a chance you have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 please do not come to your appointment! We work in extremely close proximity to our clients and we want to stay well so we can continue to serve all of our clients. Those clients who already had appointments scheduled will be rescheduled first. We will not be accepting walk-ins at this time. We will be working by appointment only. I know all of us are ready to feel human again and I can assure you we are ready to make you all feel as human as possible again! We are working now to figure out which days work best with which stylists(as our children are home same as yours and cannot be left unsupervised). I (Nickie) already have a list compiled with my clients and who had to be cancelled and who will be rescheduled first. I will be contacting each of you personally. I can’t wait to see each of you and hear all about your quarantine adventures Nobody is out of the woods yet and we don’t want to get put in time out again by the state, so for the love of all the grey hairs, foot long roots, bushy eyebrows, unwanted mustaches, and split ends out there let’s work together with the best attitudes from a safe distance!
