Watched "A life on our planet" by David Attenborough yesterday my take aways from this lifelong environmentalist and and adventurer of the natural world. ~Huma...ns have overrun planet earth and we have created a world that serves our needs, but at the cost of biodiversity, which is an essential part of a functioning ecosystem, so how do we solve this problem. ~We must restore the wild where we can, by implementing rewilding this is the function of a ecosystem where many pieces come together to form a whole healthy wild. ~We must learn to farm smart meaning conserving space and water when we can. People need to have a more plant based diet because the meat we demand is ruining the environment as well (plus its better for you)... ~ Renewables must take over the old fossil fuel system, this is inevitable if we are to survive as a species. ~ Lastly one that I had not thought much about is how many children we choose to have as we have a quality of life issue the more overpopulated we become and our environment struggles to support us all! #VoteBlue
