The newest addition to the Hiscutt family bursts on the scene! Welcome Hogan!

We're excited about completing drawings on the second phase of Bradford Centre in Cary, North Carolina! This project is anchored by the region’s first Publix grocery store which opened in 2014, and is already running out of room for new tenants. It is part of a 55 acre overall development that will soon include two additional retail buildings set to start construction in April.

A site plan comes alive in the city of Freeport, FL at this Publix anchored shopping center developed by Watkins Retail Group. Hiscutt & Associates has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Watkins starting with our very first project as a company in 1993; Abbotts Village at Ocee. Since then, we've designed well over 30 additional shopping centers, family festivals, and childcare projects, all for Watkins. Freeport Village is just getting underway, but the folks of Freeport are definitely looking forward to this new shopping destination!
