This may sound like an awful day to some...but we had the BEST day learning how to butcher a hog and helping our best friends put two hogs in the freezer!

Garden planning day!!!! The day with growing all things seems possible and weeds abd summer heat are a distant memory. I have all my seeds...now the fun part of designing the garden.

Just a reminder on this Wednesday to live each day like someone left the gate open. Just like T-bone.

Farming is a year-round job! Winter is for adding fences, preparing new beds, and planning for Spring. We set 25 or so fence posts this weekend and made a plan for two new livestock fields. Always so much to do!
