Texas Style Brisket !

Ok folks as you may already know we haven't really been in full operation for quite a while. All we've been doing are fund raisers and charitable events. We ran our operations at full throttle while Tina Hill Holderfield and I both were working full time and it got to be a bit much. We had a wonderful dedicated customer base that came every time to we were serving . We both still work full time jobs but we are about to build our new BBQ trailer with my oldest son Tyler Holderfield at the helm. Tyler has helped us since a little boy in the kitchen and at the pit. The boy loves to cook and he can of course growing up in this household ! Be on the lookout soon for a Holderfield's Bbq & More ! Food Truck around town and please come see us .
