You can still be an asset to a company as an employee with the ability to grow, show leadership, becoming what a company needs. If you’re not constantly bringing ideas to the table, for me I don’t need anymore liabilities I need assets. Some people are not meant to be self sufficient in a business. It’s okay you’re worth way more just open up your mind today and get some ideas together and come up with a plan it’s on you! Don’t wait on anyone else they will never call you if you’re not showing them that they need you. Make a company feel like damn I wish I had them on my team.
