Do you know a young woman (ages 13-32) who is struggling with mental illness, addiction, self-harm, and or unhealthy relationship behavior? If so, she may be a great candidate for Mercy Multiplied, a nonprofit, Christian organization that provides 6-9 months of free residential counseling for girls whose lives are coming unraveled. It's so rare to find a program that doesn't charge outrageous costs - so I thought I'd share. Please pass it on if you think it could help someone!

In a dating relationship, I think it takes no more than 30 days to see red flags and negative patterns. But toxicity can also exist in relationships with friends, family members, and even parents, too. If you need a little help knowing if someone in your life is just having a bad day, or has toxic patterns of behavior in relationships, check out this video by psychiatrist Dr. Tracey Irvin Marks. Build your confidence - and ability to choose relationships that are right for you
