Thanks for supporting Sifu. He is improving but he has a ways to go. We also have a ways to go in funding his rehab. Thank all of you that have supported him. Please spread the word so we can get him the treatment he needs. Also, remember his birthday is in 3 weeks.

I am happy to report, Sifu has been released from the hospital and is now in rehab. Knowing him, I'm sure he'll be out of there soon.

Sifu is recovering slowly. His left side is starting to come back and he is eating again.

Sifu has had a stroke, he is in stable condition. More to follow

Class has been shifted again, we are back to Thurs @6pm, and Sat @11am
