FAQs Do I have to be a member at CFL to have access to physical therapy there? -No membership needed. HPT simply rents space from the wonderful CFL, welcoming any and all clients!... Do I need a physician’s referral? - No. In the state of GA, you are allowed Direct Access to a PT, [for 8 visits, or 21 days] Do I need insurance to come to your satellite clinic? -No. Horizon PT @ CFL is a cash pay clinic, meaning we take credit/debit cards and cash, but do not bill insurance here. If you would like to use insurance, our main clinic in Watkinsville will be your avenue of service! Will I be able to be treated by the same PT each time I’m there? -Yes! Rush Hendricks, DPT is our sole clinical provider at this location. Are the same services available at your satellite clinic that you offer at your main clinic? - With the exception of mechanical traction, and our @alterginc treadmill, yes! We offer full service PT. We’re proud to be a part of Mary Laura’s journey! ... Before I went to Horizon Physical Therapy, I had a lot of hip pain, and it was hard for me to dance and do regular activities. My hip was popping every time I tried to do high kicks at dance. Since I dance almost everyday of the week, it was hard to not be able to dance normally because of the pain I was experiencing. Horizon Physical Therapy has gotten me back to where I used to be. I have been going in two times a week and doing exercises at home. My treatment has been very personalized, and they have helped me improve my dance ability. I have been doing strength training, cupping, and dry needling at Horizon. I have really enjoyed all of my sessions. My physical therapists, Dan and Carrie, have been the best, and I have been so lucky to have them help me through my injury. As you can see, flexibility and graceful moves are not lacking in Mary Laura’s dance life.
