We are gonna change things up since some people just don’t get it.. YES WE ARE OPEN , AND YES THE DOOR IS LOCKED. You will need to call 478-971-4700 when you arrive whether it’s for an appointment, to pick up records, or to pick up medications. Whatever you are here for you will need to call. Your name will go on a list, and you will be called when it’s your turn to enter the office. You will only be allowed in the office to drop off and pick up your pets.... Once your pet has been checked in you will need to go back out to your car and wait or go run an errand. We will call you when they are ready to go.

Just a FRIENDLY reminder ... Sometimes there is only 1 person at the front desk. We may be already on the phone, checking someone in or out, or assisting in the backcourt the clinic. If you don’t get us when you call PLEASE JUST LEAVE A MESSAGE! We check the machine literally a gazillion times a day. Your name goes on a list and we call you in in the order of the calls. Please I am begging you do not call 10 times in a row. Also We do not keep track of the cars in the par...king lot, so even if you did get there before the other car.. that doesn’t necessarily mean that you are first in line. We get that it’s incredibly frustrating that you’re not allowed in the building to stay with your fur baby, But we feel the way that we are doing things is in the best interest of keeping everyone ( is and you) safe and well.

Do you have a reclining chair? Young puppies and kittens love to run under and hide in reclining chairs. Kittens are especially likely to climb up inside the chair and curl up for a nap, so be sure to check where your pet is before reclining!
