It was a great season and we look forward to seeing you next season..... in the meantime. Join me and my family in giving thanks to the Lord for his many blessings. It’s just a wee bit chilly out.... but, it is that time of year. Speaking of the cooler weather. Stop on by and stock up on yummy Apple Cider. It is wonderful warmed with a cinnamon stick! This will help to keep you super warm from head to toe! What comes with the change in temperature? A cold! Need something to help calm a cough that comes with a cold? Pick up some delicious honey. It pairs perfectly with lemon to help sooth your throat and keep the cough somewhat suppress...ed. Need a new idea for a side dish? Come by and pick up some sweet potatoes and Mutsu apples. These are great sliced and fried together. Just peel both, slice, add butter to a skillet and cook together until tender. Could it really be that fall has arrived? These crisp mornings and cool breezy nights, remind me how much I love fall. Something about it reminds me of my childhood. I can remember roasting marshmallows over a fire and sitting under the stars while my Granddaddy would tell stories of how things had changed since he was a boy growing up. Sunday, the first day of the week... and the Lord really blessed us with a beauty today! Just wanted to give an update on the apple varieties we have. Golden Delicious Red Delicious Fuji... Rome Beauty Ambrosia Sonata Mutsu Jonagold Stayman Winesap Granny Smith Also, we have yummy fried pies. Apple, peach, pecan and coconut. You can also choose from a variety of canned goods. Salsas, jellies, Apple cider, muscadine cider and peach cider. We also have honey and sorghum syrup. Drop by and say hello to Ruth Ann, Ray and Justin. They will be happy to see you!
