Not only did he bring us a bounty of gorgeous Bradford Family Farm Okra, picked just this morning, but he shared the incredible story behind how his family cultivates this heirloom crop. (Swipe to see Nat demonstrate how to check the freshness of okra.) . Focusing more on flavor vs. quantity, Nat grows these okra to a larger size in order to produce a more sweeter, tender pod.
