As we all know, the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting economic downturn have negatively affected many people’s mental health and created new complications for people already suffering from mental illness and substance use disorders. I will be offering a virtual (for now) group on Tuesdays that allows participants to process how they have been impacted by the Pandemic.
